Abstract grooves and hip-hop flavors collide creating a supernova of Asian folk based dance tracks. Charming organic instrumental sounds mix together with cuts and beats. With it’s silly song titles and lighthearted melodies this head bobbing booty shaking record has a colorful cartoony feeling to it that would make yogi bear do a sun salutation.

This is the second Tala mix. Tala is a genre of dance music I created that draws from Indian classical and Caribbean dance styles. The beat usually follows an Indian tala, or borrows from it. This mix has some sliced up sitar, and guitar, there are also some clear influences from Trance, and Dub but tala is not limited to these types of sounds.
